TABLE RESERVATIONS

Miramar Vineyards currently offers two types of non-event reservation options.

Come enjoy a tasting from our new tasting menu, and pick up your favorite bottle to take home.

Regular Hours:  Every Saturday & Sunday 12-5pm


Reservations:  Make a reservation, or just stop by and we will make every effort to seat you. 

WINE TASTING RESERVATION:

Table Reservation for 1.5 hours.  

  • 8 and fewer Guests: No fee or deposit Miramar Table Reservation
  • 9-19 Guests $25 per person non-refundable deposit toward tasting only - To Reserve please contact: sales@miramarvineyards.com
  • 20-40 Guests $30 per person non-refundable deposit toward tasting only - To Reserve please contact: sales@miramarvineyards.com

 ** Please note every guest in your party must be accounted for in your reservation total. We welcome children and guests who will not be tasting, however they must be included in the reservation total number of guests.

ALL AFTERNOON TABLE RESERVATION:

Includes a sub-set of Semi-Private Event Amenities (e.g. use of dedicated tables in existing configuration; Does not include dedicated server option; Typically, no special table set up - folding tables, etc.). 

Upfront charges include per person fees (per person fees do not include wine tasting) plus beverage package purchase depending on guest size. 

Charges are per person for your group regardless of age.  This is to cover staffing provided for your group as well as venue/picnic space being utilized.

  • Guest size: 9-15: $300 non-refundable deposit to be used toward invoice at Miramar. - To Reserve please contact: sales@miramarvineyards.com
  • Guest size: 16-29: $25 per person plus pre purchase of 1 case of wine ($468 per 12 bottle case). Minimum charge 20 Guests. Does not include wine tasting. - To Reserve please contact: sales@miramarvineyards.com

 PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE EVENTS 

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at Miramar Vineyards!  We are happy to host your Birthday Party, Bridal or Baby Shower, Rehearsal Dinner, Graduation Party and More!  Our Venue can host parties as small as 30 guests and as large as 100+ guests.

Miramar Vineyards currently offers two types of event packages.

Friday Evening Private Event - $30.00 per person Plus Beverage Package Purchase

Semi-Private Events on Saturdays and Sundays - $20.00 per person Plus Beverage Package Purchase

PRIVATE EVENTS INCLUDE:

  • Minimum guest count of 50 guests
  • Private use of facility from 4pm-8pm
  • Use of existing tables and chairs on the patio in their existing configuration
  • Tables for food placement
  • Wine and Beer servers (All beverages handled by Miramar)
  • Amplified music through existing system (Pandora)
  • Venue Oversight
  • All gender restrooms
  • Children over 15 years of age welcome
  • Set up area for caterers that include power outlets
  • Live entertainment area
  • Parking for 50 vehicles
  • Removal of garbage

 

SEMI-PRIVATE EVENTS INCLUDE:

  • Minimum guest count of 30 guests
  • Semi-Private use of designated patio area during business hours of 12pm-5pm
  • Use of 8' round and 6' folding tables along with folding chairs (client to provide tablecloths if desired)
  • Tables for food placement
  • Wine and Beer servers available depending on guest count (All beverages handled by Miramar)
  • All gender restrooms
  • Children over 15 years of age welcome
  • Set up area for caterers that include power outlets
  • Parking for up to 30 vehicles (as available)
  • Removal of garbage
  • Simple decor may be brought in for tables
  • Any decor brought in by guests must be set up and removed by guests

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure and hold your event date.  Events will be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the actual event date, at which time a final guest count is due.  The final balance will be due and payable once the final guest count is received. Guest counts will be verified the day of the event and additional charges may occur based on actual guest count.

BEVERAGE PACKAGES:

(Wine Selections are $468 per 12 bottle case (+ Tax and CRV), Bottled Water $24 per 24 bottle case. Range of 1-4 casses of wine, and 1-2 cases of water based on number of guests)

  • Coors Light $96/case - 805 Ale $144/case
  • All Prices Before Sales Tax
  • All Beverages Handled by Miramar Vineyards
  • NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES PERMITTED
